Application Support Engineer

Our more than 100 customers worldwide are companies, that plan, build and operate telco networks as their main business or to support their own business processes with their own telco infrastructure.
We are currently expanding our domestic and international activities and are seeking for a
Application Support Engineer
You will be responsible for adapting Dynamic Design`s software ConnectMaster® to meet the customers' needs. You will participate actively in implementing, training, supporting, maintaining, enhancing and troubleshooting/fixing customers' solutions at site. You are also involved in implementing upgrades and changes to their environments. You will work very closely with named customers and also with Dynamic Design`s local partners. You need to have good communication skills, enjoy projectmanagement and trouble-shooting, basic knowledge of telecommunications is a plus.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Requirement gathering and analysis providing Implementation Consulting
- Design and specifications preparation
- Installation, testing and troubleshooting
- Application Training
- Pre Sales Support
Qualifications for a Application Support Engineer are:
- Technical background Telecommunication
- Ideally experience in similar positions
- Excellent customer-oriented and service-minded approach
- Ability to work on multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
- International project and telecom experience is major advantage
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Additional language other than german (preferred french)
- Team oriented

- Position is located in Villmergen, Aargau / Switzerland
