Pre-Sales Consultant Telecom

As a world-class vendor of a leading integrated network resource management software , Dynamic Design helps its customers to plan, document and manage their communication networks in a faster, more efficient, cost effective and higher quality way. Our more than 100 customers worldwide are companies, that plan, build and operate telco networks as their main business or to support their own business processes with their own telco infrastructure.
As part of our strategic growth, Dynamic Design is currently seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant with strong Telecom OSS/BSS background and market knowledge.

Major Responsibilites:
The Pre Sales Consultant will help drive new sales opportunities for the named accounts. This individual is required to have experience within the carrier market and know OSS/BSS products. Main responsibilities are:
• identifies, evaluates, qualifies and targets new business opportunities and leads.
• works closely with the sales team and Dynamic Designs global partners and provides full technical support in assisting them to present and position Dynamic Design products and services to the prospective customer
• makes powerpoint presentations and product demonstrations with value proposition and building the ROI on products / service offered
• visits clients to carry out discoveries/ requirement understanding
• assists in building proposal with the value proposition and ROI
• selfupdates with current technologies in the domain
• passes on updated knowledge to sales and support team
• works in conjunction with product marketing to develop durable tools for use by the sales team including but not limited to documentation, ROI calculation tools, powerpoint presentations and product demonstrations.
• feeds back requirements from RFP’s and RFI’s to product management

Requirements:
Essential Skills / Qualifications are:

• 5+ years in telecom with direct experience in consulting / implementation with preference in  OSS/BSS software solutions or in the area of network operations/management.
• strong technical understanding of the marketplace and underlying customer processes. A plus would be experience in a similar position in pre sales.
• requires a proven ability to deliver thought leadership that drives new business development and sales opportunities.
• highly effective communicator. Written and verbal communication and presentation skills are superior. 
• quick on feet and self-starter
• team player, strong influence and relationship management skills
• passionate about success and winning. High degree of credibility, expertise, confidence and integrity.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Telecom / Computer Science or similar discipline preferred.

Travel/Relocation:
• up to 50% international travel on a regular basis
• position is located in Villmergen, Aargau / Switzerland
