Dynamic Design is an international software company, providing software products and services for network management systems.

Our business is the development and the marketing of software products for communication network resource management. The product named ConnectMaster supports the users in improving the quality and efficiency in the control and in the operation of telecommunication networks. Continuous development using state of the art software technology and maintenance of this software solution ensures a maximum return on investment for our customers.

To provide a comprehensive solution portfolio, the software is complemented by consultancy, training, and service support, in order to provide a total solution.

Dynamic Design is a privately owned company, which was founded in 1993 in Switzerland and grows continuously in terms of personnel, customers base and revenues. The company's first release of its sole product - ConnectMaster was developed by engineers with expertise in network management and shipped early 1994.

Our vision is to become the most valuable partner to all companies dealing with telecommunications, by supporting them in terms of software and services, to establish inventory, design, provisioning and planning processes so that they can run their networks and business more efficiently.

Customer oriented

Efficiency means reducing the time and effort required to execute and implement key processes, such as provisioning new services and network technologies. ConnectMaster gives the customers the ability to manage their essential asset - not only network resources, but also their network capacity. Many of these activities remain dependent on manual activities and a rare (and expensive) skill set, which are now supported by software intelligence.  ConnectMaster addresses design, planning, service and network provisioning. These are key, complex processes that are fundamental to our customers business.
